Arora Engineers (Arora) is proud to announce the addition of DeAndre Bell as Director of Special Systems<\/a> Project Delivery, a new role within the firm that reflects the continued growth and development of our Special Systems practice.<\/p>\n

Heath Kolman, PE, RCDD, Vice President and Special Systems Practice Lead<\/a>, shared: \u201cWe\u2019ve been reimagining the way our Special Systems practice is structured at Arora to enhance consistency, responsiveness, and quality in every project we deliver. By aligning technical, project management, and portfolio functions more deliberately, we\u2019re building a scalable team that ensures clients receive smarter, faster, and more reliable outcomes. DeAndre\u2019s leadership and deep experience in IT and aviation systems will be integral to this vision.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

With more than 26 years of IT project management, aviation program management, and global engineering experience, DeAndre brings a proven record of delivering complex systems with technical excellence and client-focused leadership. His expertise spans cybersecurity, IT operations, disaster recovery, project commissioning, and program management, enabling him to consistently deliver smarter, more resilient outcomes for clients.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, DeAndre has held senior leadership roles with firms including Ardmore Roderick, T.Y. Lin International, and URS Corporation (AECOM), while also leading his own consulting company for over two decades. His ability to build high-performing teams, streamline operations, and improve efficiency makes him a strong addition to Arora\u2019s Special Systems leadership team.<\/p>\n

DeAndre\u2019s appointment underscores Arora\u2019s commitment to the Southeast and Florida aviation market, where we continue to deliver innovative solutions across major airports including MCO, TPA, FLL, SRQ, DAB, and PIE. His presence in the region strengthens our ability to serve aviation clients with responsiveness, technical depth, and an unwavering focus on their operational and business objectives.<\/p>\n
