As the Electrical Lead, I\u2019m focused on building an electrical team that delivers high-value, energy-efficient solutions for our clients, while also fostering growth, cross-discipline collaboration, and a balanced work-life culture. With over 25 years in electrical engineering and 15 years in leadership, Gary LaMonica is a driving force behind our most complex and high-impact projects. As Electrical Practice Lead, he shapes technical direction, mentors emerging talent, and builds strong, agile teams that consistently deliver value.<\/p>\n

Gary\u2019s expertise spans medium and low-voltage distribution, power system studies, emergency power, and renewable energy solutions. His diverse project experience, from airports and hospitals to museums, tunnels, and stadiums demonstrates his ability to solve challenges across virtually every sector.<\/p>\n
