Arora Engineers, LLC (Arora) is pleased to welcome Vincent Ricevuto, PE, CHMM, REM, CSP<\/a>, as our new Chief Operating Officer!<\/p>\n

With a career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Ricevuto has held significant leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, USPS Client Manager, and Program Management District Manager for Federal Programs at WSP USA Solutions Inc. (WSP), a company renowned for its workforce of approximately 70,000 individuals. His journey began with The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (Louis Berger) in October 2002, preceding its acquisition by WSP in December 2018.<\/p>\n

During his tenure of nearly two decades with Louis Berger\/WSP, Mr. Ricevuto played a pivotal role in transforming the USPS program from several regional contracts into a national powerhouse, comprising over 20 diverse contracts. These contracts, spanning emergency response, architectural and engineering, commissioning, environmental, and program management, collectively generated over $30 million annually and were supported by a substantial national staff. Additionally, he pioneered the emergency services business line at Louis Berger\/WSP, establishing it as a separate operation while securing state and federal emergency support contracts.<\/p>\n

Mr. Ricevuto\u2019s impressive academic background includes a bachelor\u2019s degree in mechanical engineering, a master\u2019s in environmental engineering from Penn State University, and an MBA from West Chester University. He is professionally certified in engineering across multiple states and territories, and he holds certifications as a Board-Certified Safety Professional, Certified Infrastructure Preparedness Specialist, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, and Registered Environmental Manager.<\/p>\n

As a leader, Mr. Ricevuto inspires his teams to achieve exceptional results by articulating a clear vision and providing support to overcome project hurdles. He fosters mentorship to ensure exceptional performance, driving his teams towards success. Mr. Ricevuto cultivates a culture of accountability and collaboration, deeply caring for the organizations he serves and the individuals within them, embodying leadership through example.<\/p>\n

In alignment with our commitment to fostering a world-class organization, Vince will assume a pivotal role reporting directly to Manik Arora, PE<\/a>, President & CEO of Arora, offering indispensable support for all of our infrastructure solutions businesses. \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Vincent Ricevuto to the Arora family as our new Chief Operating Officer,\u201d says Manik. \u201cWith his extensive experience and strong leadership, Vince is set to make a significant impact at Arora.
