Donna has always had a fondness for math. During her high school years, her mother worked in the engineering department at a local college, where Donna received valuable mentorship from engineering professors. They encouraged her to explore engineering programs for college.<\/p>\n
Having passed by the Arora office numerous times, Donna eventually gathered the courage to walk in with her resume and a cover letter. This proactive approach resulted in an interview and a job offer. She initially worked as a plumbing engineer before advancing to the role of Plumbing Discipline Lead. In this position, Donna mentors designers and oversees project drawings and specifications companywide.<\/p>\n
