Nick was fortunate to be introduced to Aviation as a participant in Drexel University\u2019s College of Engineering cooperative education program.\u00a0 He joined the firm in 2006 and brings over two decades of extensive project and program management for civil, electrical, multidisciplinary, and systems improvements for transportation facilities of all sizes, and through all stages of the program life cycle.<\/p>\n
As Chief Development Officer, Nick is responsible for development efforts supporting the growth of Arora\u2019s global business.\u00a0 He champions internal and external initiatives focused on inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and leadership development.\u00a0 Nick\u2019s effective communication and hyper-responsiveness contributes to the firm\u2019s culture that emphasizes quality and client satisfaction. \u00a0As a key member of the Arora Executive Leadership Team Nick works with the other departments to share thought leadership, expand association engagement, and to strengthen our mentorship with disadvantaged businesses.<\/p>\n
Nick is very active in industry associations serving on the executive board for the Airports Consultants Council<\/a>, Illuminating Engineering Society Aviation Lighting Committee<\/a>, and the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce<\/a>.
