1. How did you come to do what you do?<\/strong>
\nComputers have always been a hobby of mine and building\/repairing just came as second nature. An automobile accident changed my direction to work smarter, not harder, as I was out of work and in bed for 2.5 months due to recovery. I strive to take what I craft as a hobby and apply it to my career path instead.<\/p>\n

2. Was this a lifelong goal?<\/strong>
\nWorking in IT was not a lifelong goal but is one of the best choices I\u2019ve made as a career!<\/p>\n

3. What motivates you every day?<\/strong>
\nLife motivates me with unforeseen daily challenges and a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.<\/p>\n

4. What makes you unique and different?<\/strong>
\nI believe I have a good grasp with people in general and can communicate on any level. I am upbeat and smiling (for the most part) with an easy-going personality who is always ready to assist anyone in need.<\/p>\n

5. What are your favorite types of projects to work on?<\/strong>
\nGroup projects are nice to work on, but I also enjoy building our end-user machines to specifications and create an image to streamline laptop configuration for our employees.<\/p>\n

6. What are your future career goals?<\/strong>
\nIn terms of future career goals, I like what I do and will continue to broaden my knowledge base and skills with the ever-changing technology.<\/p>\n

7. What is the best career lesson you\u2019ve learned so far?<\/strong>
\nThe best career lesson I have learned so far is to trust yourself in what you know and have an open mind to new ideas and processes.<\/p>\n

8. Tell us what your day-to-day looks like at Arora.<\/strong>
\nOn most days I\u2019ll be in the office by 6:30 AM to prepare for the day to come. From there, I review open requests, laptop replacement or upgrades, as well as assist with software install, updates, and issues, remote connection issues, password resets, and more.<\/p>\n

9. What do you enjoy most about working at Arora?<\/strong>
\nI enjoy the people here and working with them daily. Many employees here will acknowledge you and say hello even if they don\u2019t need assistance. I feel Arora believes in their employees, which results in producing a high-quality work environment.<\/p>\n

10. Outside of work, what do you like to do for fun?<\/strong>
\nOutside of work, I enjoy hiking, golf, bowling, target shooting, motorcycle rides, fishing, movies, basketball, spending time with family, and more.<\/p>\n
