Arora Engineers (Arora) is honored to be named one of The Philadelphia Business Journal\u2019s Best Places to Work 2022<\/a> in the medium company category. This is the third time Arora has received this award.<\/p>\n

Each year, The Philadelphia Business Journal<\/a><\/em> partners with Quantum Workplace<\/a> to identify the top companies to work for in the Greater Philadelphia area, as voted on by the people who know them best \u2013 their employees.<\/p>\n

Employees from each company were asked to complete Quantum\u2019s online survey, and responses from each completed survey were then compiled and evaluated. In order to be included in the list, a company must reach a statistical target based on their employees\u2019 responses to secure, anonymous surveys. The surveys include sections on work environment, personal growth, professional development, and embracing change and new ideas. Companies were then ranked and winners chosen in each of the categories by their composite score.<\/p>\n

The year’s list consists of five categories\u2013 micro, small, medium, large, and extra-large, and includes 76 companies from across the region. Winners in each category were honored at a breakfast celebration at Rivers Casino<\/a> in Philadelphia on July 28th.<\/p>\n

This honor is a tribute to the people who make Arora\u2019s culture thrive by living out our corporate values such as communication, customer focus, ethics, excellence, innovation, mutual respect, and safety. We are proud of this achievement and are committed to continue making Arora a great place to work!<\/p>\n
