As Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, Steve Bisch<\/a> oversees Electronic Data, Inc. (EDI)<\/a>,\u00a0Arora Technology Group (ATG)<\/a>, and Arora\u2019s\u00a0Geospatial Technologies<\/a> Group, to ensure greater collaboration and innovation between these three practices within Arora, providing more unified and cohesive solutions for current and future clients. 1. How did you come to do what you do? Was this a lifelong goal?<\/strong>
\nI really just fell into what I do. I started working in the life sciences industry out of engineering school and slowly found the niche I like and was good at. I tell my kids, the easiest way to figure out what you want to do in life is just try something. You\u2019ll quickly determine what you like and what you don\u2019t like.<\/p>\n

2. What do you enjoy most about working at Arora?<\/strong>
\nI enjoy working for a small company that allows us to be very dynamic and flexible in how we approach solutions with our clients.<\/p>\n

3. What motivates you every day?<\/strong>
\nI enjoy working with clients to see how they can improve their operations and move their organizations closer to operational excellence.<\/p>\n

4. What makes you unique and different?<\/strong>
\nI have a good understanding and perspective of the business processes required for organizations to manage their business and how Enterprise IT Systems can be used to improve those business processes. I don’t approach a project as an IT solution, but a business process re-engineering solution with an IT component.<\/p>\n

5. What are your favorite types of projects to work on?<\/strong>
\nMy favorite types of projects to work on are the ones that allow us to help organizations to change their business process and recognize real operational improvements.<\/p>\n

6. What are your future career goals?<\/strong>
\nMy goals are to continue building the Arora\/EDI Asset Management organization into an industry leader.<\/p>\n

7. Tell us what your day-to-day looks like at Arora.<\/strong>
\nHave you ever watched a fireman? That is a typical day.<\/p>\n

8. What is the best career lesson you\u2019ve learned so far?<\/strong>
\nImmediately out of school I took a job working on the floor of a life sciences manufacturing organization working with those running the manufacturing processes. It taught me all the lessons you don\u2019t learn by just reading books.<\/p>\n

9. What has been your favorite memory while working at Arora?<\/strong>
\nI love the validation by our clients that our eSAM solution has really impacted their ability to simplify their operations.<\/p>\n

10. Outside of work, what do you like to do for fun?<\/strong>
\nMy wife and I have been busy raising three daughters. Our \u201cbaby\u201d graduates high school this spring, so we are very much looking forward to life after kids!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
